Wild dog!
Well, perhaps even the Wild Dogs wanted to celebrate Campi ya Kanzi being commended in the Virgin Responsible Tourism Award…

This wild dog was spotted by Julian in the plains near Iltalal, the main Maasai village in the group ranch.
He (well, most likely a she) was on a grant gazelle, freshly killed.
As you can see plains are green, thanks to the early rains of October.
