On the Run – with Edward Norton
Century 21, a chain department store located in the United States, recently published a wonderful story in regards to the New York Marathon in 2009. Edward Norton, President of the US Board for the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust, Luca, and three Maasai warriors (staff of Kanzi and MWCT) travelled to New York to run in the marathon alongside Edward Norton, an event that will remain unforgettable in the history of Campi ya Kanzi and MWCT.

Edward Norton invited the Maasai to run with him in New York, with his mission to raise money for the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust through his founded website CrowdRise in mind. The fundraising efforts were incredibly successful – raising approximately $1 million for MWCT.
